333 Medical · Clinic operations guide
Can this product ship to my clinic’s destination?
333 Medical checks recorded supplier and product restrictions using the destination you select. A match lets you browse eligible options; it does not establish inventory, prescription acceptance or dispensing approval.
Why choose a shipping state before shopping?
Choose the state where this order will be delivered. Products with a recorded restriction are hidden by default, so you can compare options that match that destination. The clinic office state and the shipment destination may be different.
Can I change or clear the selection?
Use Shipping to beneath the main navigation. Change selects another destination; Clear returns to deciding during checkout. Show restricted products lets you inspect recorded restrictions. These controls do not change the contents of an existing cart or substitute a different product.
Why can the same supplier have different product rules?
Coverage can depend on the exact product as well as the supplier. A supplier’s general shipping area does not override a product-specific restriction. Review the exact option and its current delivery explanation.
What happens at checkout?
The actual delivery address and current supplier, product, provider and prescription requirements are checked again before payment. Browsing coverage is a planning aid. Ordering approval and pharmacy acceptance are separate steps.
Does a published page mean the product is in stock?
No. A public catalog entry identifies an offering and its published details. It is not an inventory guarantee or pharmacy acceptance. Review the current product and ordering status, and contact support if a detail needs reconciliation.
