Your NPI is checked against the Registry and the team reviews your application and credentials. Verification may take up to 48 hours.

Continue using your existing Clinic portal and credentials. Your current ordering access remains in place.
Can I order without approval?
No. Product pages are public, but ordering is available only to approved Clinic accounts.
How long does verification take?
Review may take up to 48 hours. NPI Registry verification and team approval are required before ordering access is opened.
Are the displayed prices my account prices?
Public pages show standard clinic prices. Any saved custom Clinic prices are applied inside your approved account. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated in the portal.
Do product drops require an approved account?
Yes. You can browse upcoming Weekly Drops and request alerts publicly. Ordering a featured product still requires approved Clinic access and applicable prescription information.
